Incident Management Portal: Report anomalies online and track resolution progress in real-time. Every ticket is analyzed, assigned, and managed through a clear resolution plan.
Download Center: Access the latest software patches and available add-on modules.
Dedicated Support Email: Incoming requests are immediately assigned to a technical lead and logged for full traceability.
Direct Phone Support: No automated menus or bots. You will speak directly with a coordinator who will connect you with the right expert. Support is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (CET), and is handled entirely in-house by our teams in France.

Certified Training Center Qualiopi
BV Associates is a certified training provider Qualiopi certification n°: 11788727778.
To ensure the best learning experience, all our sessions are conducted on-site at our clients’ offices. This allows us to train your team within their actual IT environment. Hybrid options (in-person and remote) can also be discussed during the contracting phase.
Our Installation, Operation, and Configuration courses are designed for future administrators and system managers responsible for keeping the solution operational.
To ensure practical results, we recommend these sessions take the form of mentored knowledge transfer during the initial deployment.
Our Clear Objective: To ensure your IT administration staff is fully autonomous in installing, operating, and configuring the solution. This autonomy is tested and validated at the end of the training through practical, hands-on exercises.
