Deployment, configuration, support, maintenance and training for PILOT IT

IMPLEMENTATION STEPS

Our mastery of the proposed global PILOT IT solution allows us to ensure  the entire project and the transfer of skills that will allow your teams to be perfectly autonomous on the Maintenance in Operational Condition of the solution including, of course, the evolution of the latter over time in order to keep up with the evolution of your IS.

IMPLEMENTATION STEPS

  1. Deployment of the virtual machine  on your architectures (pre-production, production, DRP)

  2. Configuration of the monitoring of equipment and servers and their resources (processor, memory, disk space, network input/output, etc.)

  3. Configuration of the monitoring of processes and services

  4. Configuration of the monitoring of applications

  5. Integration of the monitoring solution into your backup plan and disaster recovery plan

  6. Workshop to prepare and present the functional tests 

  7. Realization of scenarios and functional test steps 

  8. Configuration of the functional test monitoring 

  9. Verification of suitability for operation with the internal project manager and the future administrators of the solution

  10. Development of interfaces and possible links with other tools

  11. Training of the future users of the supervision, in the context of the use they will have to make of it

  12. Progressively providing the supervision to the actors of the IT department who have been trained (from the most concerned to the least impacted)

  13. After a short period, verification and adaptation of thresholds with the teams to ensure better relevance of alerts to uses and needs and possible adaptations of functional scenarios

  14. Regular Service Verification with the internal project manager

  15. Training and distribution, availability to the entire IT department and even to the business units in a simplified form (weather forecast of only the applications that interest them)

  16. Delivery of all the finalized deliverables and documentation to the Steering Committee, pronouncement of the Acceptance - Delivery of contact details / maintenance identifiers, start of maintenance.

  17. After 3 months of use, we will propose a "Feedback" meeting in order to collect your opinion as well on the PILOT IT™ solution as on the course of the project, we hope for your satisfaction and possible suggestions of evolutions and functional additions.
